The OIC team comprises professionals from different areas, besides conscientiotherapists. They are researchers of Conscientiology, acting in the condition of Administrative volunteers, giving the necessary support to the activities developed by the Organization.

The administrative volunteers participate in the Updating Program of Volunteers, having in mind constant improvement of the work.

Besides the volunteers that grant the institution with weekly working hours, OIC counts with a specialized team of technical consultants.
